I visited Firestone on Howell Mill becasue it was on my way to work and I had a screw in my tire. I was told that they could not patch my tire because of the location of the screw and that I would need a new tire. As a long time customer of Tires Plus, I figured if I was going to have to buy a new tire I was going to go to the folks who have always taken care of us. Eric, at Tires Plus pried out the screw and determined that not only did I not need a new tire, but that the screw hadn't even punctured the tire! Tires Plus is the most honest, knowledgable and polite auto shop in town. I am so glad I made the trip across town.
Pros: Most trustworthy shop in Buckhead
Cons: Can't turn left out of the parking lot. (Like that's a big deal!)
