Review content:
I have to say that my most recent interaction with with Scott Clark's Toyota was another pleasant experience. That's not something I recall being able to say about other servicing dealers. I was met my service facilitator, Chris O'Mahony, when I arrived for my FJ Cruiser's 35,000 mile factory recommended service and check-up and he got me set up for the servicing. About forty-five minutes later, he came to get me and carefully went over went over everything that had been checked and everything that had been done. He then turned me over to the cashier for an easy, hassle-free return to my newly serviced and freshly washed vehicle. I'm not sure how any part of the experience could have undergone improvement. I especially liked the Quality Vehicle Inspection form that Chris used to graphically explain all the things that had been checked. It is a very, very useful form to fix in my mind what was done. I got one of these back on 8/18/2015 when Shane Crow was my facilitator and something similar (though not quite as effective) on 11/11/2015 when Crystal Kush was my facilitator, but not again until now. As I said, I really like these forms (especially the way Chris used it for his explanation) and I recommend that Scott Clark's Toyota use them all the time. I love my FJ Cruiser and intend to keep it until I shuffle off this mortal coil (to steal from the Bard) and I appreciate all the effort that the people at Scott Clark's Toyota are putting forth to make that dream a reality. I thank you!
