I have taken my dog here in the past. The staff and veterinarian are all very knowledgeable and capable. I have also used their grooming service for my dog. I cannot say that I have been totally happy with their customer service. They would usually complain to me and be irritated with me when my dog had mats in her hair. On one occasion, my dog needed to have an operation for a cyst on her paw. I was supposed to pick her up later that day. When I called, they said she was not done yet and that the vet would call me later. Well, he never called. I was worried about my dog and disappointed to not hear back from them.
