We purchased a Bradford White electric hot water heater in Sep 2005 from George Morlan (GM). Shortly after the installation the reset on the top thermostat kept popping. Called GM and they said it was probably due to bumps on the power grid (wrong) or just a sensative thermostat on this Bradford White model, wrong. GM came out in Sep 2009 and replaced both thermostats, the one on the bottom element was burnt up and they had to splice wire, charged us $99 for labor. Still having problems, more and more frequently. Not happy at all with service advise. GM came out again and changed out both thermostats, no charge this time but didn't solve the problem. Still having to take cold showers. Called GM and talked to Patrick, he insisted that we needed to change the breaker in our panel so that Bradford White would "approve" a change out of our heater. This was total BS. Luckily my husband is an electrician or that would have been a huge cost to us. We changed the breaker, still h
