I was on my way to the University of Alabama in my son's year old X1 BMW and we stopped for the night in Tennessee. When we started to car in the morning a low coolant warning light was lit on the dashboard. We had only had the car serviced in New York two days before we left so this was concerning. I called Rick Hill Imports BMW service and spoke to a lovely lady who took the time to listen to the message, find out where I was and tell me to drive the 15 miles to them. I was so glad I did. Rusty Webb was the service advisor and he was wonderful. He assessed the situation, added coolant and made sure we had no leaks. New York had not done the srvce properly and Rusty was terrific. If I had to have a problem I was glad I was near Rick Hill Imports. Their service was fantastic.
