Review content:
Capital Heating & Cooling in my opinion have a habit of pushing the up sales, mostly stuff that I don't think I really need. That's the biggest thing for me, I don't want to feel like I am being sold on something. The work was fine, it was mostly preventive maintenance. However 200 dollars to change the belt because they recommended it seems a bit steep to me.
