My name is Anatoly Shaykevich. On June 9, 2016 I went to ""Maaco"" located at 3560 Old SpanishTrail, Houston for repairs. I was greeted by Ms. Christina who was very inwiting , professional and caring . I have told her I have limited recourses , and she assured me the company will do their best. Frankly speaking my first impression of this location was was quite mixed , it is not really appealing .There were no christal chandelers or persian rugs ect. Very simple rooms ,very clean . Besides the major repairs I have pointed out to Ms. Christina I have on my car a few scratches here and there, she told me this is going to on us. This was unexpected but it did make me feel good. After the Inspection and Estimation which was extremely low , Christina ask me if I need a ride home . This was more than nice . My car was supposed to be ready for pick up Saturday , June 11,2016 . At about 9.45 am I have called - guess what -the car was ready for a pick up. When I came with a couple of my friends I could not believe it - HOW BEAUTIFUL WAS MY CAR LOOKING !!!! Everything was done +the extras . I couldn't be more happy. This is NOT all: on June 15 I went back because my mirror was malfunctioning + a bracket was missing NO relations to prior repair, and now I've met Mr. ALI KHAN who in a matter 10-12 minutes had repaired . When I was making an attempt to go to the office pay for the job, Mr. Khan asked me a question:""Do you know how much do the repairs cost? ""I was not sure. He replied -""Just say thank you! In conclusion: when you come to business where there are christal chandelers - you pay for them . Thank you to the entire team who worked on my car! You all are wonderful
