AC went out, got an appointment in 2 days despite high demand due to six days of 100+ temps. Initial contact via phone through the technician's visit was excellent. Friendly, accommodating, good communication and follow through. Technician was knowledgeable, found two bad parts - testing same in my presence (old vs. new), explained their importance and presented price options (replace one or both parts) etc. Had the unit up and running producing cold air within 20 minutes. I also had a next day follow up exchange with Jeremy (service supervisor) who wanted to ensure full customer satisfaction. The complete due diligence exhibited by this company from start to finish warrants the 5 star rating.
