I hired Just Drains to do some plumbing at my house two weeks ago and paid them almost $3000. Today, I went in my basement and found water on the floor. I called their office and told them what was going on and they sent out one of the guys who did the work (Kyle). He rudely told me that if he found any tampons in the drain, I would owe him $178. I told him that was impossible. Totally impossible! He later called me to come outside and kicked two dirty feminine products at me with his boot. I told him that they were just here less than two weeks ago and maybe it was there before. He told me ""maybe it was your daughter"" this is not how you talk to paying customers, or any customer. The comments that came out of his mouth after that was shocking to me...he asked me ""Why did you even call us anyway"" Huh?? Believe me, I wish I hadn't. The other comments area inappropriate for me to type on here but I am totally offended and insulted. They were so nice before I paid them. I called the office and asked for someone over him to please call me back. The owner eventually called me back. He was unapologetic for his technician's behavior and kept telling me to calm down or he was going to hang up and see me in Court. He said he was going to do some ""research"" and call me back. I can't believe these people. I'm mad at my self for not going with my first instinct to go with another company. This company is a joke! The rudest company I have dealt with in a very long time. NEVER AGAIN!!
