Absolutely amazing! Emily has so much patients with dogs! Our dog Billie was traumatized from a previous groomer and we have had great difficulty getting our dogs nails clipped, and Emily was so gracious and patient with Billie trying to get him calm and comfortable. We were not rushed she did everything to make our dogs experience inviting. Emily has shown amazing customer service and truly has a heart for dogs, we are so thankful for her we definitely recommend paws appeal to anyone looking to have their dog groomed and cared for we will be back for routine grooms thank you Emily for being a blessing to our family and dogs!!
