I dropped my wife's ring off to get sized at Zales. They get ring work done through Prengers. They sized it right, but they tweeked the wrap around the diamond, therefore my wife's ring now has gaps in between the ring and the diamond itself. I've always been a fan of Prengers, but not now. Even the people at Zales said it looked bad. I talked to someone else at the mall and they said they too, have had problems with Prengers. They said the owner had once yelled at them about their ring. Bad business.
