Review content:
Living five blocks away from the Old Navy Outlet makes it an easy and convenient place to frequent, and as such, I often do. Sometimes I walk away with some great new clothes, and other times I just walk away with a huge headache due to the horribly managed staff. That’s not to say I would give the Old Navy Outlet a bad review…it is what it is. You can find some great deals that make it all worth it but you need to know what you’re dealing with. Time and time again I’m faced with horrible customer service and excessively long wait times in the checkout line. All too often I find myself wondering why a worker standing 3 feet away doing nothing couldn't step in and start ringing people up. It's been maddening at times! Yet the deals make it hard to resist. If you haven’t gone there before, I recommend stopping by to see what it’s all about, but come equipped with patience. Chances are your low-priced finds will cancel out your frustration when all is said and done.
