Businiess name:  Joe Gottbrath - State Farm Insurance Agent
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
I have had several different experiences over the years with insurance companies and State Farm is by far my most pleasing one. I went in to the office to get quotes on my 2 cars, home and boat. I also own a farm about a mile from my house where I train/ride/gallop horses. I was with Allstate, but after some bad customer service and what I thought was all around dishonest treatment I decided to shop around. The quotes they gave me at Mr Gottbrath's office were more than what I was paying with Allstate but, the policies from State Farm I was being quoted covered a lot more things than my Allstate policies. Unfortunetly, Mr Gottbrath, or State Farm I should say, were not able to write my horse farm, they said since I had more than 4 horses and it was used in business that they could not write it, he explained further why they couldnt, and also reffered me to several different insurance carriers that would be able to write my farm. I ended up going with State Farm on everything but the farm, obviously. I appreciate the way I was treated as soon as I stepped in the office, it was a very freindly and family oriented enviroment.\r FYI, when i walked in the office Mr Gottbrath was dealing with a very upset customer, about my age (56), who was cursing up a storm and acting like a child, Mr Gottbrath politely asked the man to leave if he did not want to talk about his problems in a quiet, civil manner. The man quieted down and they went back to Mr Gottbrath's office. A few minutes later the customer came back out in what seemed like a happier attitude. All around I think this will be my State Farm office for a long time, State Farm has not been the cheapest but they sure know how to take care of my needs, 24/7.
