In the last 30 years of professional lawn CHEMICAL maintenance, I have never had a more professional, polite, knowledgeable individual taking care of me. He has been with your firm for a long time and you should make him an area or division manager. He is that good at what he does and is such a gentleman, I can't believe that you are wasting him servicing my property. He understands everything because of his experience and takes the time to explain it to me-I am a retired family physician.I take care of 65 rose bushes and 6 citrus and avocado trees and value understanding all technical aspects of their care. Pay him well and DON'T lose him.
