I live around the corner from Griffin's and I woke up for work and my car wouldn't start. I took my wife's car and asked her to see if one of their techs would go down in our parking garage and evaluate the problem. They came down, jumped my car and took it over to the shop. After replacing the battery with a new one due to reduced load, they found that my alternator needed replaced. Just in case I called another shop I usually take my x5 to and got a quote. When I got the estimate from Griffin's I told them my usual shop quoted me $200 cheaper. They agreed to match the price. The next day when I picked up my car, they even told me I wouldn't need a new battery as my old one was holding the charge. 5 star service for not replacing what I don't need and matching another price. Thanks Griffin's!
