Review content:
We needed a complete HVAC and ClimateSmith was one of the companies we met with. From the moment we called them, they were very competent and up front with us, I didn't have the sense they were giving us the spin or trying to double talk us. When we sat down with them, we found them to be personable, relateable, they had a good sense of humor and my wife and I got along with them really well. They also offer competitive prices compared to the other companies we looked at.
Honestly, I had an affinity for them because as a small business owner myself, I felt that we are in similar positions. They're trying to grow and establish themselves and I had the feeling that they would try harder to build a better relationship with their customers, which I feel they did with us.
When it came time to have the work done, they were extremely prompt and got here when they said they would. They didn't give us a window of time and then not heed to it like other companies sometimes do. They were professional, hard-working and even had time to teach a new guy they had with them the ropes.
The only downside with the installation is that it probably could have been done a little neater as far as the taping, routing and line cutting goes. I mean, I guess it's as good or better then the last one, and maybe I'm being a little nit-picky, because nobody is totally perfect. And as far as functionality goes, it works just great. After they finished, they completely cleaned up after themselves. It was great, I highly recommend their services.
