I had a great experience, exceeding ALL my expectations. I forgot my 8 am appointment, despite confirming the evening before. I got there 40 min late, and they took the lady ahead who was actually early, as they should have, then they took me. The front desk staff was great and then, so was Lynn, the hygienist. It was obvious to her that I was troubled about forgetting the appointment and inconveniencing her, and about a personal problem that was the reason I forgot the visit in the first place. She quickly and thoroughly got my teeth cleaned and gave me some comforting advice out of her own experience. I left happier and it was actually the start of a pretty good day, with her help. Lynn is a saint, and very good at her craft, as well. I hope to see her next time in better spirits :)
