Review content:
The Building blocks ON Chatham rd is awesome! My grandson went there several yrs and the staff and director were so involved and caring. On the other hand, my grandaughter who was 2 at the time, went to Building blocks south, and it was horrible. No staff supervision, many accidents, and the director would never even follow up on complaints or problems. Often saw staff texting while children were left on their own. Plus no windows so you could even see in the room to observe. When we would ask about our childs ""accidents"" staff couldn't tell us what happened. My grandaughter was bitten by another child over abd over and no effort was made to monitor that child . If you want quality childcare, go west. I blame the non involved director for not caring enough about the children to get involved.
