West Lake is one of the greatest animal hospital's I have ever been to. My Standard Poodle redently became very sick and Dr.Hill was amazing with her through the process. After various methods of treatments tried, I made the decision to have her put to sleep. Dr. Hill was VERY caring, as well as affected by the choice. She allowed me to stay in the room while giving Gypsy the shot, and stayed with while we said our goodbyes. The staff was amazing there, and always have been with all of our dogs. I don't think I have ever had a staff care so much about others pets, but the staff of WestLake is amazing. I don't think I can say thank you enough to them for all they have done. Thank you for your efforts to fix my Gypsy, as well as making the process for her leaving one of care, compassion and love.
