Ruben worked on my clogged kitchen sink today, 3/9/16. What we both thought a 'relatively' easy fix with The Machine (commercial electric snake), turned out to be a nightmare, but Ruben had no fear and did not give up. He told me (and my 12 month old grandbaby) that he wasn't leaving till it was fixed. I was so worried about the cost, since I am a single, retired, school teacher...but it was a reasonable charge, especially since it took much longer than expected. He tried several methods until the drainage pipes were clear and my kitchen sink would drain. He stayed until he knew the drainage pipes were clear. Then I asked how much it would cost and if he had time to use the snake on my shower drain because it was draining very slowly and had been for a while. He checked with his boss and they gave me a price and did not add an extra service fee....and it now drains much better than it did before his magic hand fixed the problem. Ruben was very understanding, explained everything and even shared some stories about his children. I will definitely use Plumb Perfect again and will recommend them to my friends. Thank You PP
