Review content:
The replacement work was excellent, however it was frustrating to have it scheduled and then cancelled twice before they were able to come and replace it. We were so happy that they were going to be able to replace it just a little over a day after losing our hot water, but with the cancellations they ended up replacing it until four days after we lost our hot water. Not the end of the world, just disappointing.
