Avoid this business at all costs!!! I purchased a car care package and used it for one oil change. Then when I needed brakes, I went back as the program included a discount on services that were not part of the package. The brake job ended up costing me more than three hours of my time (the technician was over 30 minutes late for work and the man at the desk didn't bother telling me this) and almost $500. I checked with the Honda dealer for the exact same services and was told it would have been around $300 if I would have brought the car to them...and this e didn't even allow me to use the discount that was part of the car care package. Then a month later, since I had already paid for the services, I reluctantly returned here to get the oil change and also asked them to change the transmission fluid. They told me it transmission fluid would be $140 and was then told they no longer participate in the car care program. When I told the desk clerk that I had already paid for the service, he just said sorry. I told him they owed me an oil change and he replied that he couldn't help me. This is absolutely wrong business practices!!!! I called the Meineke at 119th and Metcalf and the manager there told me he would honor the car care package. I asked about the charge for changing the transmission fluid and the quote was almost half what the Olathe location was going to charge me. The way this company does business is wrong on so many levels: incredibly poor customer service, grossly overcharging, and a complete lack of respect for their customers. Even though their location is incredibly convenient for me, I will never do business at this location again.
