Everyone dreams of finding a trained, experienced technician you can speak with about a product for which you have little or no knowledge. Hi-Tech's Ariel was dispatched to us for a simple toilet repair. We decided to replace both toilets and a hot water heater, based solely upon the trust that Ariel built with us in less than an hour. His expertise, experience, and willingness to simplify technical subjects for us was so compelling that we had no doubt that our need for plumbing security was his priority. Then he astounded us with the speed, competence, and completeness of his installation of these three products. We thought he was just being boastful when he estimated two hours. He completed the installation without one error just about in two hours. It was also a pleasure to listen to him talk about his life as he worked efficiently to make the best use of his time with us. Forget about Angie's List or Home Advisor.....JUST CALL HI-TECH PLUMBING!!
