I bought a recliner from them, but had to "custom" order one because they didn't have it in the color I wanted. Ok fine, no big deal. The chair arrived after several weeks and it was very disappointing when I sat in it. The comfort was not even close to the one on their showroom floor, so I trie to return it the very day. I was met with all kinds of grief about a refund. First I was told that all sales were final, even though the receipt said nothing of the sort nor does their store have any signage saying so. Then I was strongly persuaded into buying another piece on my "store credit". After multiple phone calls and even threatening to talk with lawyers, they finally gave me a refund 4 weeks later. Bad business can run a place into the ground Mr. Schloemer, and word of mouth is everything. You've been warned.
