I had Kenny's install a completely brand new Clifford Security system, labor and parts on my vehicle. I called them with a problem I only currently starting having; the employee did NOT state their name. I explained in great detail the problem I was experiencing as well as soon as it started. The employee stated to me that their was a button, which I spent an hour looking for, that was not there and my issue had to do with that button. I paid top dollar for something in addition to what I thought would be great service for nothing but a skinnier wallet and no one who wanted to even ATTEMPT to stay on the phone for me than longer than two minutes stating that I MYSELF NEEDED TO FIND THE BUTTON AND THEN MAKE THE NEEDED ADJUSTMENTS! Even if it's $25 or more, I PLEAD WITH YOU TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL NOT ONLY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT BUT ALSO WILL BE NICE, POLITE, CURTEOUS AND HELPFUL IF YOU NEED HELP WITH PRODUCTS/SERVICES YOU BOUGHT FROM KENNY'S AT A PREMIUM PRICE BUT WILL ALSO NOT BE KURT, SHORT AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. I hope this helps at least one person if not more. I know money is tight these days but in a year, two or even five, I promise it will be worth it.
