I have one of those 24 hour Fitness memberships that allow me to use any 24HF. I'm on the road quite a bit for work, so it's nice to be able to fit in a workout wherever I am. I started doing this about a year ago and it's worked out nicely.\r
The best part about it is that there are so many 24HF around. It's relatively easy to find one nearby. This one in particular is nice. It's big, spacious. There are plenty of machines, so it's easy to get a quick workout in. I don't like having to wait for machines espeically if I'm trying to workout during lunch. The staff here was friendly and the locker rooms were clean.
