Review content:
Problem with hot water heater not igniting the burner when water needed to be heated. Mark C. was the service technician that was sent for the repair. The problem was found to be the fuel delivery module. The module was replaced and the water heater was back in service. I have used PPHC on several other occasions for heating and cooling. Total repair time was 45 minutes. Mark was courteous, friendly and explained in detail what the issue with the module was. I will definitely use PPHC again.
