My wife and I went to this Best Buy because they were having a sale on washers and dryers. We were looking at a higher end LG Tromm set. We looked at the units displayed on the floor and decided which ones we wanted.\r \r A salesman came over and we indicated thay we wanted to purchase those units in a the color my wife wanted. He said he would look them up in the computer. He went away for a few minutes and came back and siad thet they weren't in the system so Best Buy no longer carried them. We said we had seen these in other stores, Sears and Lowes, and they both had them. He repeated that they weren't in the system so he couldn't sell them.\r \r We drove to Bowie to the Sears where we had seen them before. The Best Buy was next door, so for grins we thought we'd look in there first. The bowie store found them and was happy to take our order. Best Buy then screwed the order up and it took six weeks to deliver them, but that's another issue. The nimrod salesman in laurel couldn't even be
