Early last year, I was experiencing brake issues with my car. The car was only 5 years old and I had never really had many problems with it before then. The brakes were grinding and making terrible noises so I began the search for an automotive service that could help me. I finally chose Firestone on Eldorado Parkway in McKinney and I am so happy with my decision. The problem ended up being a manufacturer's defect that had just reared it's ugly and noisy head! The price of the job unfortunately was quite expensive, but they shopped around price quotes for me to ensure that I was not being ripped off. The quality of work was fantastic and I have not had any problems since. They even threw in a coupon for me to help ease the blow to my pocket book. I would recommend this particular Firestone location to any in the area looking for friendly and informative mechanics who are there to help you first and foremost.
