The procedure from day one until completion was done in a very professional manner. Your employees were courteous and professional in everyway. I can assure you that we would not attempted to have your company sand, scrape, and refinish the entire first floor of our home without the your equipment that was used. We were able to remain in our home during the entire procedure without any discomfort. The results are spectacular and our visiting friends complement us on the results often.
