I have taken 2 pieces of equipment to this ""shop"". I use the term SHOP loosely. The first item, a Sony television, took at least 4 months to get back with a number of excuses. The second thing I took to them was an Onkyo tuner under the recommendation of Onkyo. I was a little reluctant after the first experience, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were the only ""Authorized Service Center"" in Houston. I waited OVER 5 MONTHS for this one. Excuse after excuse, promises to call me back, these people couldn't find their own a$$holes. Now the Onkyo piece is not working again. I would rather spend the time and money to send the damn thing back to Japan before I would EVER take anything to them again. Save yourself the trouble, read the rest of the reviews. The guy who is satisfied with them must work there or know the owner, because I don't believe anyone has ever had a good experience with this place. If so, maybe it is true that these guys can fix a 50 year old stereo, but they can't fix a 5 year old one in under 90 days! Too bad you can't rate these jokers with a ZERO.
