This company has screwed me over time and time again. I finally cancel with them in December of 2014 and now in February of 2015 they have a credit collectors calling me telling me i owe them $300. Now i spoke with multiple people asking how to get this removed. When i canceled my policy with them, i asked what would i have to pay if i canceled. Jarel Hagon told me ""There is no payment due. All i will need to do i bring my router to a local Centurylink."" Now they have recording of me agreeing to the $200 cancelation fee but conveniently the cancel call where i was told i owe nothing was not recorded. The customer service rep i spoke with in store said that he can only remove the cancel fee if i have proof of calls made with issues on my service. Not only did i call them multiple times about my billing being messed up, I told them how when i'm paying for 10mb, they are only giving me a max of 6mb. Of that 6 mb i was only constantly getting 2mb. That is unacceptable. Now i am a 21 year old trying to build his credit, with a new home and i have a credit hit on me for something i was told i wouldn't have to pay by the company them self. I work a full time job and do full time schooling as well. I have spent many hours with their customer service when i was supposed to be working. So not only was i not getting paid for my time going in circles with them. They never fixed the problem. Now for some reason that doesn't count that doesn't count as a reasonable proof that i was dissatisfied with my service.
