Horrible!!!!..... Would never recommend and im not surprised when i read reviews; I brought my vehicle in as i am new to area for repairs not knowing what i was getting myself into just thinking about time and money front driver side axel was replaced they replaced and charged for sway bar links $140.00 (FYI parts cost $10.00 in auto parts store - RIPOFF) but what ever as long as my vehicle and children were safe i paid in full leaving shop i hear a new noise ask manager he says to bring vehicle back they will check but immediately claiming he didnt touch anything else, this was off cause i asked them to make sure it was safe. they kept car over night which is not what i was told they give me a bunch of crap about front hub and manifold leak, so im thinking its safe just some issues i have to address nothing life threatening after bring vehicle back home i contact another location for repairs i schedule appointment and go about my day to bring kids to camp still hearing noise. God bless the man who was honking behind me and pulled me over saying it looked like my wheels were gonna fall off if not im sure it would have. I got out of car with my 4 kids scared ad looked over front wheels since that is what the manager at location said was wrong and nothing seemed fine i walk around back where the gentleman who saved our lives said wheel was moving and sure enough 2 out of 5 lug nuts was all i had holding wheel on, i prayed and contacted the new mechanic shop they asked me to give meineke a shot a doing right said they have to this was serious so hesitant i did just to loose another $90 on tow and here again how they are not going to fix anything and i need to pay tow to there shop the manager claims they did nothing i asked him what was noise to make sure vehicle was safe and the wheel that almost came off was not mentioned at anytime but he does not believe he is responsible im thinking they missed something big and how can they be allowed to call them selves a repair shop!! I contacted there corporate Headquarters to hear they are individually owned and i guess allowed to do this to people I am so grateful to be alive and well i would advise individuals seeking mechanical help to avoid these people and since corporate wont help customers avoid that Meineke name all together. so disappointed and will see how far i can go with this....... not good people not a reputable business not a trusted name i would not even want to give them a start but consumers have to stick together i hope this does not happen to any of you or anyone you know boycott avoid them they will get someone killed and then bs there way through it. \r
and just looking over this only one pos review in 2014\r
Advise all recent customers to post people need to be informed and know whats going on with this type of criminal enterprise allowed to rip off hardworking people.\r
Waiting to get full report from real shop and send to corporate and see what if anything!\r
Bottom line if i vented to much: STAY AWAY!!!\r
