Review content:
I lived 3 years in this place. The apartments are very old and every few days you need to call maintenance. They charge you 500$ one time fee and 35$/month if you have 1 cat, 45$/month. If you have a dog. That's 920$ for 1st year just for having 1 cat and 1040$ for 1 dog. They charge you for using their pool. They also charge you for using the gym. Basically you get charged for everything you use. Heater and hot water is free though. That's about it. Their rent is reasonable but they will get you with all the other fees. Their staff is mostly grumpy. Some were very nice and helpful though. The biggest surprise is when you move out of the apartment. For something small, that is usually considered normal tear and wear, expect to be charged close to 1000$. I only realized how bad this place was when I moved to a new apartment. \r \r The only good thing about this place is that it's convenient to major highways and KOP mall. However I would highly recommend staying away from this place e
