First off, if you are looking for this address on Cape Coral Parkway you will not find it. It is actually on Cape Coral (something else - i.e. Street, Drive, Blvd.) When I arrived the place was in chaos. After a long wait I was at the desk and no cars were available despite my reservation - fortunately just then a car was returned - that was going to be my car after it was checked in. Waited for the car to be checked in, washed and interior cleaned and was on my way. Probably my worst car rental experience ever, and when working (retired now) I travelled extensively.
