We had water coming in our floor drains in the basement. When we discovered it, there was 1"" of water in areas of our basement and still coming in. Drain in sloped driveway was also clogged. It was after hours for most plumbing Contractors and they wanted to consider it an emergency at 5 PM on a weekday. I called one plumber and it was 150 to show up and another 350 to rod my drain. I had called Roto-Rooter first and they gave me a timeline of 11 PM to 2 AM. I wasn't real happy with that, so I took that appointment and tried other Services. The one mentioned above, I just said no thanks I'll wait on Roto-Rooter. Well we got a call at around 7 PM that they were on their way. Mike Z # 3492 was very cordial and checked a few things and new just what to do. We had a 25 Gal shop Vac going from 5 pm until 11 when he left, to keep water from spreading in our basement. We had a lot of wet items but Roto-Rooter came through and I was quoted a price before he started and the price did not change even though he was there longer than he expected.\r
Save yourself some time, aggravation, and money and call Roto-Rooter. I got my sewer rodded out and I made an appointment for a camera to check out my underground pipes for less than the other plumber wanted just to clean my drain. Mike was excellent, Thank you Roto-Rooter, and Mike.
