we called roto-rooter when our toilet started leaking everywhere. when they arrived they introduced themselves and showed their badges. they went right to the problem and told us up front the price to fix the toilet. we had another company come before roto-rooter and they were only worried about paperwork and your payment. they didn't even look at our toilet. when roto-rooter finished they ask if there was anything else. I liked the customer service they showed. you cant find that much anymore. roto-rooter did not linger around either just to cost you more money like some companies. we will not call anyone but roto-rooter for our plumbing issues.\r
