I have been using ARS for a few years now. I read the other reviews this morning because they popped up when I searched for the phone number. I had used the plumbing service to have a leaky faucet repaired a few months ago. ( I highly recommend anyone with a leak of any kind to get it fixed immediatly because when we did we saved hundreds of dollars on our next water bill!) Anyway ,I went to use it this morning and I could not turn it off. I called the phone number which connected me to dispatch and they were here in about an hour and a half. The work was completed and there was no additional charge. I know it is frustating to have work done, pay good harded earned money and then have problems with the work. But I think sometimes we blame the first person we talk to and get mad at the situation and our anger escalates from there. I think if we all take a moment and realize we are all human and we all make mistakes it will give you insight to be kind to the people trying to help you and then inturn you help yourself and improve the outcome.
