I would give it a minus star. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I left work early and took time off for our 1pm appointment and the Aurora Edmonds Furnace Cleaning staff showed up 3.5 hours late. The AEF Cleaning staff informed me that it was not part of his job to remove the vents and informed me that I need to to remove individual individual vents in my house, so that he can use a small handheld air blower to clean the vents, in which he proceeded to charge additional $5 per vent for this "service" on top of the nearly $300 fee for the visit. The job was rushed and I was left with blown dust and debris on my carpet along with the task of having to screw back my vents. Stacy the "customer service" clerk was terse & ill tempered when I called to inform her of my experience stating only that she will pass it on to the management.
