It was very expensive. We thought they were wonderful and really did a great job, but it was pricey. They don’t use any chemicals. They were very personable, and everything was really nice. They quoted us one price and then they get here and say that they can do Scotchgard. Then we had the Boise carpet clenaers do some extra runners which were $30 a piece. The Scotchgard added quite a bit actually. But we have a fairly large house. My husband has asthma; that's why we went with these boise carpet cleaners. I thought how they can get it clean without any soap, but they did a great job. There were no problems with regard to the quality. With regard to responsiveness, they were incredible. We were very impressed. We would do it again and call them back. We will see if we can get a discount, but even without it we will still do it again.
