Review content:
A friend of mine fell off a roof on October 23, 2013 while at work. He applied for disability and received it in a reasonable time. Workman’s Comp was\r
also involved so he hired the Jeffcoat Galloway law firm. This law firm did almost nothing except arranged to have his workman’s comp check sent to them so they could get $50.00 each week and then get a portion of the settlement.\r
\r
Yesterday a meeting was set up with a nurse from Workman’s Comp at 3:00pm. My friend showed up and was told there was no meeting.\r
The paralegal (Denise) told him that he was wrong, there was no meeting and asked him if he was on drugs. A minute later, \r
the nurse from Workman’s Comp arrived at the office for the meeting. In the year this has been going on, Jeffcoat &Galloway has gone thur 5 paraleagals and my friend only had 1 meeting with one of the firms attorneys. His checks have constantly been 1-2 weeks late. This is all the money he has to live on.\r
\r
I urge anyone needing any legal representation to avoid Jeffcoat & Galloway at all costs.
