I met Susan 14 years ago. I was dealing with a very bad problem with facial hair. Endless tweezing and waxing...I would never go anywhere, even to the beach, without makeup to cover it up. Finally one day my gynecologist recommended her to me. I had never had electrolysis before and was very anxious about trying it, but I was desperate to find something to take away the problem. Susan was wonderful. She explained everything about the procedure to me and put me at ease. She is a miracle worker! The treatments were a great success! I could not believe the results! I am happy to say I have been hair free for many years and I owe it all to Susan. It is so amazing to not have to worry about covering up my face! Thank you Susan for giving me this miracle!
