Review content:
We are having a horrible experience wth Hillis Public Adjustrs. Our loss claim is now 2 1/2 months old and nothing has been done. 3 different adjusters during 3 visits with no clue on the previous information. During the entire 2 months Hillis would not return any of my phone calls and when they did it was always I don't know whats doing on. Our assigned adjuster doesn't respond to direct phone call inquiries or emails , the lady or his assistant only offers take a message with the promise that he will return our phone calls. NO help, NO check, I will express to everyone reading this to second guess yourself before using Hillis public adjustment.
