This is the second time I have been to this dealership and I should have learned my lesson the first time. The first time I went the man I worked with was amazing. Very nice, and apologetic of the wait time. The problem from my first visit was definitely not with the people, but the price. They quoted me $1,000 to fix my door because they were going to have to replace all these parts, but I took it somewhere for another opinion where they popped off the door, recoiled a spring, and popped it back on for FREE.
This time I went for an oil leak repair, which I know is costly and I knew mine was extremely bad. However, when he quoted me a price of $4,000 I was outraged. I called another mechanic that I had taken my car to in the past, who quoted me $900 for the exact same thing. I even read to this mechanic word for word what the Toyota people said was wrong. I don't care if I "know what I am going to get" or if they do "stand behind their word." None of that is worth $3,000 to me. I will never be going to back Toyota of Cool Springs ever again.
