When saddled with a huge potential service bill, I found a potential recall and asked Service for help/verification. I was told there's no recall & I could call myself. I did call the 1-800# Customer Svc and found there is a recall pending and received instructions on what to do now to aid. Brandywine Svc was NOT helpful and misguided. It only would have taken literally 2 min to gain my busn and support through a little research. Instead $1000s lost in potential busn with this dealership (future servicing and sales). Your loss!
