This is not the first time we've used this garage door repair company. Our first experience was when we first bought our house 3 years ago! He came out and fixed our problems and closed in the gaps around the garage doors due to my husband's paranoia about rodents creeping into the garage. ;)
The second time was today. The garage door wasn't shutting all the way and was being moody so I grabbed my handy dandy magnet and gave this garage door repair company a call at 4 pm. I told him my problem and although he was done for the day he headed over to my place! He was here by 4:30 and I'm at my computer typing this review at 4:50. Because it was an easy fix, on top of the amazing turn around, he didn't even charge me a thing! WOW! He said, "Honestly? I wouldn't even know what to charge you for." Awesome, efficient, and HONEST??? This is going just too far!
It is so freaking hard to find decent contractors (right?) that when I do find one I feel like screaming their praises from the top of a building for all to hear!! (Thus the review.)
If you need a great garage door guy who's not out to take advantage of you, who's honest, who's efficient, wonderfully nice, HONEST! (yes I know), is on your side, on-time (swoon), and who's more interested in working with long term customers then raking you over the coals (heart palpitations!) this is the guy to call. Really.
And BTW, I was not paid or coerced to write this review. I'm a normal person. A stay at home mom of a million kids (which is why it took me so long to post this ;), and thereby have nothing to gain by lying to you.
