Review content:
Brought my car in for an alignment complaining of a right sided pull. They fixed the alignment well, but the tire pull was still there and handed me a recommended $900 tire replacement bill. First thing that runs through my head is 'Its a tire shop. Rip off.' \r
Ended up going to a dealership only for them to find that my right tire was completely bald on the inside 1/2, failing, and the steel belts inside were starting to separate. \r
Brought the tire back to show what they missed and they were insistent that they recommended tire replacements because of the problem that I claimed. \r
The point is, if you actually saw the condition of my tire, you'd be surprised that I haven't crashed yet. Firestone did an alignment, missed a basic diagnosis, and failed to warn me about the gravity of the situation and instead, only recommended an extremely high bill.
