Be afraid. Be very afraid! January 2014 purchased brand new Serta set. Mattresses is buckling so bad! Huge hump in the middle. My son rolls to the side the hump is so severe. Called today and spoke to Mike the owner. He will not stand by his product. Basically saying I. Got what I paid for. Offered me a new mattress at cost. Really? Why would I invest in another problem. Please learn from our mistakes. Spend another couple hundred dollars and get a quality product. Two years later and I will have to buy another mattress.
