Businiess name:  Big Splash Water Park

Review content:
My son and I were swimming in the wave pool at Big Splash when they did not give any warning that they were starting the waves. My son and I started to drown and were screaming for help and the lifeguards did not help us. Luckily a civilian was near by and pulled us to safety. When we confronted the lifeguard supervisor he stated that he knew there was no warning sound like there use to be and just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I ended up having to take my son to the hospital and he is traumatized now as am I. I use to be a lifeguard and am an excellent swimmer but anyone who has ever been in a wave pool knows how hard those waves can be and how impossible it can be to get to safety especially trying to carry a scared 6 year old and having no floatation device.
