Had 130 yr old antique glasses welded & new lenses put in. Almost no one wants to touch antique specks. The work they did is undetectable. Been back for other repairs on the modern eyewear. Staff was friendly/helpful, but they aren't looking to engage you into conversation for your life's story. At Walmart (where my insurance forces me to use them or Sears) they were chatty, etc. & lost my glasses, taking over a week to call me because they send the stuff off site. KING has all facilities on site and you get your stuff often while you wait, the same day or within a day or 2 if they are grinding new lenses. I go to them whenever I can.
